For the past five years, Startupfest has made a big splash in Canada. Unfamiliar with this Canadian startup festival? No problem, I’ve got all the details and inside scoop so all you need to do is get your bags packed and derrière en route to Montreal.
According to Startupfest’s website, “Startupfest has grown into a global gathering of the world’s best entrepreneurs, founders, investors, and mentors. It features world-class content, from back-of-napkin ideas to champagne-popping exits, across three days of keynotes, interactive how-to sessions, thought-provoking predictions, and a healthy dose of irreverence.”
From July 12th to the 15th, festival goers will have the opportunity to watch pitch competitions, talk to up and coming entrepreneurs, participate in ‘corporate speed dating,’ and watch startup demos. Whether you run a startup, are looking to invest, or just curious about the startup scene, Startupfest has got you covered.

Better yet, the speaker lineup for Startupfest is pretty impressive. Jason Feifer from Entrepreneur magazine, David Brown from Techstars, and Fitz Tepper from TechCrunch are just a few of the big name speakers at this awesome festival.
