Generally, we associate stress with negative feelings and for good reason. First, we think about all the anxiety and overwhelming emotions that creep into our minds when we are stressed. Then, we realize how much we need to do and how little time we have. And finally, we get stressed because we are thinking about how much stress we have. But is that a bad thing or a good thing?
