We live in a world of increasing digital intelligence. Technology is and will continue to become an integral force in our everyday lives. So what can we expect to see in the future? Well it looks like 2017 will bring ever more interesting technological advancements. Here’s our list of the top 3 tech trends for 2017.
Artificial Intelligence
Creating intelligent systems that have the capability to learn and act completely on their own is the wave the future. No longer will machines only function based off of predetermined orders. Instead, technology will be autonomous and adaptive. Take Siri for example, she is constantly learning and adapting to her user’s language, whereabouts, and requests.
Intelligent Apps
Apps will be capable of making everyday tasks simpler and easier. At the office, you can expect to see virtual personal assistants (VPAs) helping you out with prioritizing emails, making data analytics more advanced, and highlighting important data so you don’t have to sift through too much content. Oracle has been developing an intelligent app platform that makes learning about user behaviors easy and individualized.
Virtual Reality
We have heard a lot of buzz about virtual reality and for good reason—it’s incredible. The way individuals will learn and interact with others will be completely shifted. VR blends the real with reality to create an alternate environment unique to each individual. Eventually, VR will not only alter people’s sight but will include all other senses as well. For example, enerG will be bringing fitness and wellness to the next level by taking big-name fitness studios to the rest of the country using VR technology.
